Potty Trained and Update

Cameron is now a big boy!!! Yeah Yeah Yeah, I can't believe it, It is a wonderful thing not worrying about changing his diapers and not to mention the amount of money we are saving. He is now just a little boy that runs around and plays with all the neighbor kids. Yesterday was such a nice day Jason took the boys to the park, what a great husband that I have. I feel so lucky to have my boys. Now for the update on Chase. We went to Primary Childrens Hospital again on Friday and the doctor wants to do a scope on his throat. It will be an overnight thing just so they can keep an eye on him. I'm so grateful for modern medicine, and I know that Chase will get better soon, I just hope sooner rather than later. The doctors up their are really good and we hope to find answers to all of our questions soon. So there is the update, nothing else really going on. Hope everyone else is doing well too... Below are some more pictures of my boys..

NO PICS

I'm sorry but I have been such a bad blogger, these past couple of months, I wanted to give a quick update with my sweet family. Jason is still really enjoying his job, and he is happy there. That is all that matters to me. Cameron is such an energetic little boy, he loves to play with is blocks and build towers really tall. Chase is doing okay, he got better for a little while but the medicine that he was on gave him a really bad rash so we took him off of it, then not even a week later the Croop was back, and now he has a snotty nose and a really bad cough again. I don't know what to do for the little man. He is such a sweetheart and I love when he wants to cuddle with me, but not when he is sick. I sure hope he gets better soon, I don't want to have to take him up to Primary Children's hospital again. Keep him in your prayers. Sorry no Pictures, but I just wanted to do a quick update. I will try and be better at the whole blogging thing.. Thanks for hanging in there with me. Check back soon and hopefully I will have some pictures.

Poor baby Chase

Our little Chase has had some health problems lately. About a month ago we took Chase in because of Croop. They gave him the steroid shot and sent us on our way, well a week later, the croop was still their. So off to the doctor again and with another steroid shot plus double ear infection antibiotics sent us away again. Thinking that the ear infections were the reason why the croop was lingering so long we thought after he gets done with those then he will get better. Oh boy were we wrong. I took him back in about a week or so ago because the croop never went away, the doctor told us there must be something going on, so off to the hospital we went to get x-rays and blood samples of my poor little boy. The x-rays we so sad and the blood draw was even sadder(if that is even a word). I was crying while they were taking his blood cause he was just looking at me like "mom why are you letting them do this to me." so that night we heard the results, luckily not asthma, but its a condition called Chronic Croop I guess, never heard of it before. The x-rays showed that there was some kind of extra skin in his throat that is getting inflamed and causing the croop to linger. So when all is said and done, we need to go to Primary Children's Hospital, get his throat scoped and if they find anything concering, they might have to do surgery to remove the skin. Will keep you updated on how that appointment goes. Sorry so such a long post.

I kNoW I kNoW.....

It has been quite a long time since I have posted anything. I guess having that second child really has taken a toll on the blog. Well I won't post a ton of pics but I will give you some pictures of our fun Halloween. We carved some pumpkins and Cameron didn't want to touch any of the "guts" I think that he has picked up on some of his mothers habits of not wanting to get dirty. We went to our Ward Trick or Trunk, Anna's work, and then a little bit of trick or treating up at my parents house. We also stopped by my Grandparents house as well to visit. Cameron was Kent Clark, turning into Superman, and Chase was a monkey. We had a great time and it was fun to watch Cameron enjoy Halloween for the first time.

HoMe SwEeT hOmE

This is when we just got home and Cameron is seeing and holding Chase for the first time. He didn't quite know what to think!
Cameron is now getting used to Chase and wants to hold him all the time.
Me and my two sweet boys. I love them so much, and consider myself the luckiest girl on the earth.
Cameron is such a big helper he wants to help with everything including holding the bottles and feeding him.
My three men, look how lucky I am!!
Chase and dad watching the basketball game!
We looked over at Cameron and found him sitting in Chases chair!

Chase Robert came to our family on May 31st at 3:05 in the morning. He was 6lbs 1oz 19 inches long! One week early we didn't see this one coming at all. In fact J and I were out on a date and we were heading to my parents house to pick up Cameron and all the sudden the contractions started coming on strong. My water broke up at my parents house, we were lucky enough to have Cameron already asleep so they just kept him there while me and Jason made the 20 min drive back down to AF Hospital! We got there at 11:30 and at 3:05 he was here. It was nice and fast.

Proud Daddy again!!

When they took Chase to get cleaned up they noticed that his breathing was rapid so they had to put an IV in his sweet little hand to get some fluid in his body. That slowed down the breathing but they were also concerned that his white blood cell count was high. The doctors said it was either due to the labor or his body was fighting off an infection, so they had to keep him in the NIC U for 48 hours until the culture came back. This made it really hard to have visitors because they couldn't hold him. We could take a few people back at a time. The sad part is Cameron couldn't even go back there to see him so we didn't get any pictures of Cam with Chase at the hospital. The culture came back on Tuesday and it was negative so we could take him home with us. It was very exciting.

The day that we get to go home, yeah!!
